Please note that there is a 2 night minimum stay for bookings between December 24th and January 3rd (inclusive).
No cooking or use of gas appliances of any kind should be used inside the tent.
Open flames and candles are not allowed inside the tent.
Due to the surrounding bush and the native animals who live here, unfortunately Wingtons Glamping is not a pet friendly site.
No smoking is allowed on the property. Any evidence of smoking in the tent will mean a $200 cleaning fee will be charged.
A maximum of 2 people per tent is allowed and guests under the age of 18 are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property (no visitors are allowed).
We have 2 kayaks available to borrow during your stay with us; due to our liability insurance requirements these can only be taken out when the tide is at least 2 metres high, during daylight hours and you must agree to sign a waiver form and follow all instructions from Wingtons Glamping staff.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and a booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours of booking please check your junk mail folder and if it is not there give us a call.
Check in is after 3pm and check out is up to 11am on the day of departure. Early check in/late check out may be possible depending on our bookings; is a maximum of 1 hour prior to or after check in/out and is for an additional $25 per encampment. This must be agreed to and fully paid for BEFORE check in/out time.
Each tent has a small battery, enough to charge small devices via USB such as a phone as well as run the lights at night. Please note: this will not run hairdryers, straighteners, CPAP machines or other larger electrical items.
Valid for 12 months from the date of issue if purchased prior to 1st November 2020 and 36 months if purchased after. Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift voucher bookings are subject to availability and if used for Amihan on any standard night (unless a specific Amihan voucher has been purchased), or for all tents on long weekends or Public Holidays will be subject to a surcharge. We highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Gift vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date and the recipient must book and stay before the voucher expires. Any unused amount will be forfeited. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be honoured by Wingtons Glamping. To book using a voucher you need to call 0466 602 870 with the voucher number. We are unable to trace or replace lost voucher numbers, please treat them as cash.
All bookings at Wingtons Glamping are subject to suitable weather conditions and Wingtons Glamping has the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to extreme weather such as high winds or fire risks. Customers will be notified if such conditions occur and a reschedule will be offered.
Wingtons Glamping makes no representations, warranties, or assurances as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of the content contain on this website or any sites linked to this site.
Limitations of Liability
The materials at this site are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall Wingtons Glamping be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, injury or death) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials, even if Wingtons Glamping has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages.
You are responsible for any damage and loss caused to the equipment regardless of culpability, and agree to pay, in full, all costs to rectify this.
You agree that Wingtons Glamping or its employees accept no liability for any personal injury or damage to any persons or property suffered during the period of your usage.
Cancellation/Changes Policy: Cancellation or changes to bookings must be made at least 4 weeks prior to scheduled check-in date to avoid any fees and charges.
Cancellations or changes made 15 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will incur a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days and 8 days of the scheduled check-in date will be charged in full for the first night of their booking. Cancellations or reschedules made 7 days prior to the scheduled check in date are not possible and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance in case you need to cancel.
No refund will be granted where a booking is cancelled for a stay(s) between 23rd December and 3rd January inclusive; or for the part of the booking which falls between these dates. There is a minimum 2 night stay for bookings between these dates.
No refund will be granted in the event a guest does not arrive for their booking or cancels on the date of their booking.
If COVID border or region restrictions come into place within 14 days of your check in date, preventing you from attending your booking, you will be eligible for a gift voucher to the value of your stay which will be valid for 12 months. Please note that you will need to initiate your cancellation in these circumstances and provide proof of address. If the restrictions are already in place then normal cancellation rules apply.
